Spectrum Exchange Corp was founded in 1995 by Claire and Rick Westberg in South Orange County, California.

Claire began her career as an Escrow Officer post-college, she developed a robust background in real estate and 1031 exchanges, completeing her first exchange in 1978!

With proprietary software developed by her husband, Rick Westberg, the company has consistently offered top-tier 1031 Exchange services.

In 2020, Claire retired, leaving a remarkable legacy of expertise, excellence, and dedication to client service. Her passion and knowledge were imparted to her husband, Rick and their children, who continue to lead the company today.

Jack Westberg

Claire’s son, hails from San Juan Capistrano, California, and has called Arizona home since 2003. A key member of the Spectrum team, Jack stepped into the role of managing daily operations in 2019. The following year, he led the development of the latest iteration of Spectrum’s exchange processing software—boosting both efficiency and the overall client experience. Jack thrives on helping clients navigate their 1031 exchanges quickly and seamlessly, with a focus on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside the office, he enjoys rowing, working out, and spending time with his dog, Annie.
